Learn how to Create Penta Ying Yang by following this step-by-step guide.
In this tutorial we will use Marquee, Pen, Custom Shape and Lasso tools
and other effects. The concepts of Yin and Yang originate in ancient
Chinese philosophy and metaphysics. Yin is often symbolized by water or earth,
while Yang is symbolized by fire, or wind.
1. Open a new document in Photoshop of any size (here I use 360 / 331
px) and fill with Black background.
2. Now select Elliptical Marquee + press Shift
and create a circle on the middle of your canvas. Fill the selection
with a nice color, here I use a light color #c7ea08.

3. Then go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise apply the
settings as shown below, press Ctrl +D to deselect.
4. Now from Custom Shape tool, select the "Yin
Yang" symbol as shown below draw on the middle of the cicle. Right-click
>Make Selection then selection the default settings.
5. The concepts of Yin and Yang describe two primal opposing but complementary
forces found in all things in the universe. To differentiate that I use two
color one is #ff6f04 and Black. Create a new
layer fill with #ff6f04 color on the right hand of the selection
then press Shift + Ctrl + I, fill the other part of the symbol
with Black (Here I use Brush tool convenient).
Press Ctrl + D to deselect.

6. Now it times to color the outer circle. Merge the above two layer
in a single layer ( press Ctrl + E to merge) then press Ctrl
+ Select that symbol layer. Now select the Elliptical Marquee
tool + Alt drag between the circle to deselect the unwanted areas.
Use the Guide (marked in green) for specify the center of your circle.

7. Create a new layer and fill the selection with White
color. Press Ctrl + D to deselect.
8. Now select the Polygonal Lasso tool and
create a pentagonal symbol as shown.

9. Fill the selection with a nice color (here I use #074ad4).
Press Ctrl + D to deselect.

10. Now delete the joint area of the pentagonal symbol using
Polygonal Lasso tool then double-click the layer apply the
settings as shown below:


11. Now Ctrl + Select the pentagon layer and
go to Select > Modify > Expand by 2px. Select
the white circle layer and press Delete.


12. Select the Pen tool and create a symbol
on one site of the pentagonal as shown below:

13. Now Right-click > Make Selection > Select
the default settings.

14. Then fill the selection with a nice color (#a631dd).

15. Now double-click the layer and apply the blending options
as shown.



14. Now we’re very close to being finished. Finally duplicate
the current symbol layer 4 times and place it as shown below. Your finished
image should look something like this:
