[1]- Firstlly take a new blank document size 321x301pixel

. RGB
color mode. with white background

[2]- Look below and create a new Rectangul

now create a new
Lyer1 from the Layer window

after that fill the any nice color help by the

Linear
Gradient tool , Now right click and

select the Stroke width-3 pixel

[3]- Now press the Ctrl+T and drag it

as below after that press
the Enter key

now press the Ctrl+D

[4]- Now select the Linear Gradient tool and

choose the any
nice color , here I have used

color Blue and dark blue

[5]- Create a new Layer2

from the Layer palette

[6]- Now create a new shape with

Marquee tool after that Create
a

new layer2 from the layer palette .

and fill the color help by the

Gradient
tool as shown below

[7]- Now press the Ctrl+T

and drag it as below with hold on


"Ctrl" key after that Press the Enter key

[8]- Here use the Dodge tool

as shown below

[9]- Create Line around this shape

help by the Brush tool with
hold on

"Shift" key. As shown below

[10]- Create a new shape as a handle

help by the Pen tool Now
create a new

Layer3 and fill the any color

. As shown below

[11]- Now right click on this layer3

and select the Duplicate
Layer

[12]- Drag it to layer3copy under

the Layer1 . as shown below

[13]- Double click on this Layer3 and select

the Satin from
the layer style and use the

following settings. After that repeat

this step
for layer3copy

[14]- Your image should look like this

[15]- Now double click on this layer1 and

select the Pattern
Overlay from the layer style

and now use the following settings

[16]- Your image should look like this

[17]- Now select the Layer2 and

press the Ctrl+E for merge layers

[18]- Now Once again double clck on this layer1

and select the
Drop Shadow from the layer style

and use the following settings

[19]- Now type any words with Text tool and now your

image has
been completed . As shown below
