[1]-First of all open a new document size=420x420 pixel

resolution, RGBcolor mode
[2]- Now Create a new Layer from the Layer window
Create a
new shape with Rectangular marquee tool
[3]- Select the Reflected Gradient tool
[4]- Now fill the color whit Shift key. As shown
below now
press Ctrl+D for deselect
[5]- Now copy to this Shape with Press 'Alt' key
[6]- Now select the above layer
and press the Ctrl+E to merge layers

[7]- Select the 'Align right edges'.
After that select the
'Distribute bottom edges'
As shown below
[8]- Now your image will be look like this
[9]- Now Type any words or any
name with help by the Text tool
.
[10]- Double click on this Text layer
and select the 'Stroke'
from the Layer
style and use the following settings
[11]- Here look below and drag the
Layer1 put on the Text
layer.
[12]- Your image has been completed
