Free Photoshop tutorial how to make a Matrix effect texture in

[1] First of all I have taken a new file of height = 400 pixels,
width = 400 pixels

and resoulation of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fo to Filter>Texture>Grain apply the following settings.

[3] Your image will look like this.

[4] Change foreground color to a luminous

sort of green and
background to black.

[5] Go to Filter>Artistic>Neon Glow

aaply the following
setting.

[6] Your image will look like this.

[7] Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges

aaply the following
setting.

[8] Your final image will be as attractive as mine as showing
below.
