[1] Take an image of your choice I have taken this one.

[2] Make selection with the elliptical marqee tool as shown in the image.

[3] Fill the black colour in the new layer.

[4] Go to Blending Options and do the settings.

[5] Goto Blending Options>Drop shadow and do the settings.

[6] Goto Blending Options>Inner Shadow and do the settings.

[7] Take the Blur tool and take use these settings.

[8] Use the blur tool on the drop shadow area as indicated in the fig. below.

[9] Make the gradient and fill it in a new layer as shown below in the image.

[10 ] With the help of Transform tool make it small about 80% and use the blur
tool to make it more realistic as shown in the image below.

[11] Final image will be like this.

[12] For make more attractive make some droplet adjust it as I have in the
image.
