align="left">Let me design a train and create a fast motion using motion blur and some other effects and tools like Pen and marquee. The important thing to learn in this photoshop tutorial are the effects. so pay close attention.
align="left">1. First open a new document size 400 X 400 pixels and default resolution.
align="left">2. Here, use Pen tool draw the shape as shown below > right click > make selection and select new layer.
align="left">3. Now using Rectangular marquee tool, right click > stroke. use width =1 px color #{8E8D89} and click ok. Then press Ctrl+D to deselect.
4. Take the Pen tool, draw a new shape and fill the color as shown below. Press ok when done.
5. Repeating Step 4 here..
align="left">6. Same step as step no 4 and fill this color #9D9785.
align="left">7. Create a new ellipse and fill the color #8E8D89.
align="left">8. Work as mentioned in the above steps and fill color # FDC8A3.
align="left">9. Create a line using pen tool then right and select the stroke path.
10. Use Stroke path [ tool-pencil ]

11. Use text tool, give name to your drawing.'
12. Now pressing ctrl on text layer click on selection and select new layer. press ok.
13. Use Gradient tool and fill color fill as shown below.
14. Use Pen tool and draw a new shape, fill the color Yahan and then select stroke and fill color. see below.
15. Go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur . see image below.
